Redner's Names V.P./General Counsel
READING, Pa. -- Regional grocer Redner's Markets said yesterday it has hired one of its board members, Jason B. Hopp, to serve as v.p. and general counsel. Hopp, a board member since 2006, will assume his new position Sept. 4.
Hopp will provide advice and counsel on all legal matters pertaining to Redner’s Markets and its entities, the grocer said. Responsibilities will also include the coordination and supervision of the risk management and security/loss prevention departments.
Redner’s Markets, Inc., an employee-owned company, operates 40 Warehouse Markets and 12 Quick Shoppes throughout eastern Pennsylvania, New York, and Maryland.
