Redner's Tackles Shrink With Agilence Retail 20/20

In a bid to reduce shrink and improve in-store operations for its 44 supermarkets and 18 convenience stores, Redner’s Markets has deployed Mt. Laurel N.J.-based Agilence’s Retail 20/20 cloud-based reporting platform that provides visibility into daily store operations.

"We needed an application that could provide Redner's the ability to see our data across the entire organization and yet drill down easily to transaction details," said Cory Deily director of security and loss prevention for the Reading, Pa.-based, employee-owned regional retailer.
