    Repeat Shoppers at Harveys Supermarkets Can Earn Free Groceries

    No loyalty card is necessary to qualify for free groceries after eight visits.

    Free groceries in time for the holidays is the tempting offer at Nashville, Ga.-based Harveys Supermarkets. Customers can earn a $20 Harveys coupon by shopping the supermarket eight separate times between Nov. 5 and Dec. 30, 2008 and spending at least $35 per order.

    Shoppers receive a special ticket each time they shop and spend at least the required amount. After collecting eight tickets, the customer presents the collection at customer service and receives a $20 coupon. Tickets are not given and the $20 coupon cannot be redeemed for purchase of alcohol, tobacco, gift cards, pharmacy, postage stamps, lottery tickets and services. Tickets must be turned in by Jan. 6, 2009 and $20 coupons redeemed by Jan. 20, 2009.

    Harveys is an affiliate of Food Lion LLC, a subsidiary of Delhaize Group. The chain operates about 70 stores in Georgia, Florida and South Carolina.
