Boston Market Launches Upscale Restaurant
GOLDEN, Colo. -- On Sunday Boston Market here launched a new upscale restaurant concept called Boston Market's Rotisserie Grill.
Rotisserie Grill's menu includes spiced-up options like rotisserie roast sirloin and Asian citrus rotisserie chicken, seasoned with cinnamon, cloves, and Szechwan black peppercorns and served with a lime juice, garlic, pepper flakes, ginger, and fish sauce dipping sauce.
Food in the Rotisserie Grill will be served on real china with stainless steel cutlery in carpeted and wood-floor dining rooms with upholstered seats.
The first Boston Market's Rotisserie Grill officially opens this Saturday in Tallahassee, Fla. Others locations are scheduled to open this year in St. Charles, Ill.; Westboro, Mass.; Dallas; and Manhattan.
