Hawaii's Kaneohe Residents Say 'Aloha' to Safeway Lifestyle

PLEASANTON, Calif. - Safeway's newest Lifestyle store re-opened this past Saturday in the Hawaiian city of Kaneohe following a full renovation.

The remodeled store offers full-service seafood and meat departments, a full-service bakery, a sushi bar with a chef, and a full-service deli counter with a carving station, soup cart, and gourmet cheese table, according to a report in the Pacific Business News.

The Kaneohe Safeway store will also carry organic produce and natural foods, and feature expanded wine and floral sections. It is the chain's second store to be upgraded on the island of Oahu.
