Whole Foods Market Names New Presidents for South and Midwest Regions

AUSTIN, Texas - Whole Foods Market, Inc. promoted Patrick Bradley to president of its Midwest region and Scott Allshouse to president of its South region -- vacancies that were created by the recent transfers of the former presidents to different regions as part of a larger management realignment at the chain.

Bradley joined the nation's leading natural and organic foods retailer in 1993. Prior to becoming regional v.p. of the Southern Pacific region in 1998, he held various store team leader positions with Whole Foods and Mrs. Gooch's Natural Foods Markets, Inc., which Whole Foods acquired in 1993.

Allshouse joined the Whole Foods in 2000 and was store team leader of two locations before being named regional v.p. of the South region in 2001. Prior to joining the company, Allshouse was the store director for a County Market, Shop 'n Save store from 1994 to 2000.
