    Save Mart Supermarkets Opts for Online Fresh Food Supply Chain Solution

    ITN provides a single integration that connects the Western regional grocer to all of its main supply chain partners.

    Save Mart Supermarkets, Inc. has signed a multiyear agreement with iTradeNetwork, Inc. (ITN), which will provide its Collaborative Solutions for Fresh Food. This program will enable Save Mart to collaborate online with hundreds of its supply chain partners in the areas of procurement and transportation management.

    Modesto, Calif.-based Save Mart operates almost 250 stores in Northern California and northern Nevada under the Save Mart, S-Mart Foods, Lucky, and FoodMaxx banners.

    iTradeNetwork, based in Pleasanton, Calif., is a privately held technology provider of global supply chain solutions for the food industry. The ITN suite of products includes Order Management System (OMS), Transportation Management System (TMS), Spend Intelligence, Contract and Rebate Management (CaRMA), Promotional Planning and Management, Demand Forecast, VMI, and Financial Services and Content, as well as low-cost integration to customers' legacy systems.
