Schaffhausen Joins Catallia As New Mar-Comm Director

Mary Schaffhausen has joined Eagan, Minn.-based Catallia Mexican Foods as its new director of marketing and communications. The move is something of a "homecoming" for Schaffhausen, who returned to the Twin Cities after serving for the past six years as VP of marketing communications at Butterball, LLC in Garner, N.C.

With extensive industry experience in both retail and food service sectors gained from past positions at companies that include not only Butterball but also Crystal Farms Refrigerated Distribution Company, J.T. Mega and M&H Advertising, among others, Schaffhausen will apply her expertise to all aspects of Catallia’s brand strategy and execution, including marketing, promotion, brand positioning and business development efforts.
