Shasta Beverages Inc.’s Big Backyard Fiesta Sweepstakes will award one winner a complete outdoor entertainment system and a year’s supply of Shasta soft drinks, which now include three new flavors: California Dreamin’, Very Cherry Twist and Fiesta Punch, all available in 12-pack cans and 2- and 2.5-liter bottles. The sweepstakes runs through Sept. 30.
Besides the free Shasta, the grand prize will consist of a Weber Genesis S-330 gas grill, and Open Air Cinema CineBox Home 9-foot-by-5-foot Backyard Theater System, an X-Box Kinect Gaming System with 360 Console, and a Karaoke and PA System To enter, consumers can visit Shasta Soda on Facebook or go to www.shastapop.com.
The sweepstakes and new flavor launch is part of the Hayward, Calif.-based beverage company’s multimedia summer 2011 branding campaign, which encompasses a mix of TV and radio advertising, along with online social media marketing, with the aim of highlighting the brand’s flavor spectrum, broad consumer appeal and value.
