Natural and organic foods retailer Sprouts Farmers Market will debut its ninth Dallas location, in Cedar Hill, Oct. 23. The new store will join existing locations in Coppell, Dallas, Flower Mound, Frisco, Murphy, Plano, Richardson, and Southlake.
“We have enjoyed the positive comments and many e-mails from folks requesting a Sprouts store in their neighborhood,” said Doug Sanders, president and COO of Phoenix-based Sprouts.
The 22,488-square-foot market will be headed by Greg Lewis, a 35-year industry veteran. As with its other locations, the Cedar Hills store will offer all-natural meats, seafood delivered up to six days a week, and over 200 bins of bulk rices, spices, nuts and grains. Additionally, the store will offer a wide variety of natural and organic grocery and dairy items featuring Sprouts’ own private label brand with over 1,500 gluten-free products. Its HBC selection will include vitamins, supplements, and healthy body care products.
Sprouts operates 42 markets in Arizona, California, Texas, and Colorado, with further expansion slated for next year.
