Stater Bros. Gives Drug-Sniffing Dog to Local Cops
Stater Bros. Markets yesterday donated $5,000 to the Redlands Police Department Canine Unit for the purchase of a drug-sniffing dog as part of the Milk-Bone Canine Heroes Program.
In addition, the grocer will contribute another $2,500 for the ongoing training of the new police dog. The program is sponsored by Del Monte Pet Products and Milk-Bone.
