Tempeh: the New Tofurky?

Turtle Island Foods, the maker of Tofurky and other tofu-based products, is introducing a new product to the United States. The Hood River, Ore.-based company’s new Tempeh Strips are similar to tofu in that they are a firm, high-protein product made from soybeans, but the difference with the strips is that they’re marinated.
