Albertsons Market is deploying a new solution to help it streamline the process of managing recalls.
The grocer is working with Recall InfoLink to install its system in its pharmacy operation. "The safety and well-being of our pharmacy customers is our highest priority,” said Stewart Edington, VP of pharmacy operations at Albertson’s. “Recall InfoLink's system to process pharmacy recalls is easy to use and efficiently streamlines our processes for contacting customers when the need arises. We are confident that our customers will appreciate our ability to quickly and efficiently reach them should a medication they've been prescribed be recalled.”
Recall InfoLink offers a patented, web-based product recall management platform developed to improve recall efficiency by providing standardized messages, automated communications, inventory tracking and reports for compliance efforts.
Albertsons Market operates over 200 stores in Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Louisiana, New Mexico, and Texas.
