Park City Group, a Software-as-a-Service provider of supply chain solutions for retailers and suppliers, has added Ronald C. Hodge to its board of directors.

Hodge, the CEO of Salisbury, N.C.-based Delhaize America from March 2011 to October 2012 and currently an advisor to that company, is the latest member of a board representing all areas of the retail grocery, convenience, foodservice and discount channels, as well as trading partners and industry groups.

“Ron brings a wealth of knowledge and relationships across our target customer market at the very highest level within these organizations,” said Randall K. Fields, chairman and CEO of the Utah-based retail technology company. “Like all of our board members, Ron will be an active partner in the day-to-day business of Park City Group.”

Before his tenure at the helm of Delhaize America, Hodge spent 31 years at Scarborough, Maine-based Hannaford Bros. Co., during which he held various executive roles, including that of CEO from 2001 to 2011. Delhaize America purchased the Hannaford chain in 2000.
