Regional grocer Tops Markets LLC has renewed its subscription to multiple pricing and promotion software services from San Francisco-based DemandTec, the tech firm said today.
Williamsville, N.Y.-based Tops Markets, which operates 133 stores in upstate New York and northern Pennsylvania, has been a DemandTec customer since 2008. The grocer leverages DemandTec services across core merchandising and marketing functions that touch pricing, promotion and collaborative deal management processes.
DemandTec End-to-End Promotion Management is a comprehensive tool for managing the entire promotion process, from collaborative promotion planning and deal management to in-store execution and post event analysis, while DemandTec Lifecycle Price Optimization is a comprehensive solution for pricing the entire store, including new items, regular retails, promoted items and clearance items.
