Unified Grocers plans to offer its independent retailers a customer relationship management platform that provides precision marketing and real-time redemption of digital offers and promotions while establishing one-to-one relationships with consumers.
Unified teamed up with Bellingham, Wash.-based Accelitec on the solution. Accelitec is a software service designed to helps retailers move beyond the traditional way of discount pricing to improve customer retention and store profitability.

Los Angeles-based regional wholesaler Unified Grocers is a retailer-owned wholesale grocery distributor that supplies independent retailers throughout the western United States.
