Wegmans Celebrates 11th Consecutive Fortune Nod with Shoppers, Associates
ROCHESTER, N.Y. -- Since Wegmans Food Markets here believes that its customers play key part in making Wegmans a great place to work, the legendary grocer said it plans to party with its shoppers to mark its 11th straight appearance on Fortune magazine's "100 Best Companies to Work For."
According to a Wegmans Fresh News e-mail, in honor of the occasion, the company's stores will be serving cake for customers and employees on Saturday, Jan. 26.
Wegmans, which ranked No. 3 on this year's Fortune list, has been among the top 10 for six consecutive years.
