    With the back-to-school season looming, Well•Pict Berries and Lifetime Television’s “The Balancing Act” have reteamed.

    With the back-to-school season looming, Well•Pict Berries and Lifetime Television’s “The Balancing Act” have reteamed to publicize the grower’s healthy and tasty products through the 2nd Annual The Balancing Act Back-to-School Sweepstakes, which offers over $3,000 in prizes, including a Strawberry Skinned 16 GB iPad with Wi-Fi! To take part in the sweepstakes, which runs through Sept. 17, consumers can log on to WellPict.com or www.facebook.com/WellPictBerries for the links to enter.

    Additionally, he new ”Balancing Act” episode, slated to run Aug. 20 and Sept. 3, 7 to 8 a.m. ET/PT, was taped in July at BrandStar Entertainment Studios in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. The topic was the nutritional benefits of “superfood” berries, including how they provide the recommended daily allowance of vitamins A and C for kids), along with demonstrations of simple recipes for lunchboxes and afterschool snacks.
